JOB DESCRIPTION:
Extensive residential landscaping management experience
Extensive residential landscaping maintenance management experience
Familiarity with and ability to manage all types of turf
Working knowledge of all types of irrigation systems
Ability to supervise multiple landscape jobs/crews simultaneously
Experience with all types of landscape equipment
Ability to communicate effectively with crew members – management team – subcontractors
Ability to communicate effectively with customers on a regular basis through site visits, email, phone.
Coordinate delivery of materials, layout per landscape design and supervise crew installation
Willing to work long hours and be flexible to field changes
Special Requirements
Valid [verifiable] Florida Driver’s License
Ability to safely lift/carry 40 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Smoke free/drug free workplace
